Michael Jackson is dead / dies of heart attack

As TMZ and the LA Times are reporting, Michael Jackson died of a heart attack this midday, LA time.

As latimes.com reports

“Jackson was rushed to a hospital this afternoon by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics. Capt. Steve Ruda said paramedics responded to a call at Jackson’s home around 12:26 p.m. He was not breathing when they arrived. The parademics performed CPR and took him to UCLA Medical Center, Ruda told The Times. [...]

Pop star Michael Jackson was pronounced dead by doctors this afternoon after arriving at a hospital in a deep coma, city and law enforcement sources told The Times.”

Though I first wondered if the news was true, more and more sources co-sign. Among them is CNN.

I didnt think I’d blog about Michael Jackson on schakkerhart.com once, but this was a man who influenced and ispired nearly every genre of music existing. I was hell of a fan myself when I was little. Somebody in the neighbourhood just started playing “Beat it”, I’m sure even after all that mad ugly stories about him millions will be mourning. He was defffnitily one of the most influencing and best musicians of the last 100 years.
